Tips

Be specific about the original email. "OGE included: no" in writing would have prevented a $45k dispute.
Put the platform's waiting-period steps in "Anything else agreed". On many platforms the seller has to change the email or phone, because a new login can't.
A pullback guarantee only matters if both sides agree how it's enforced, for example the middleman holding part of the funds.
